A project which resulted in specifications determined by a litigation process, scaled to $1.6M. Newly commenced, but quickly recognized, by Belle Property after completing our first unit completion. Unit 3601 landed front page of Belle magazine, which set the scene, and trust with our work for the pending units we were scheduled to commence in.
The project consists of over 500 lineal meters of penthouse and standard balcony balustrade replacements, sheet membrane systems to balconies and door/window units. Also adding several bathroom refurbishments, fire compliance upgrades to common areas and individual units, plus an architecturally specified unit refurbishment equating to 160k.
