16 – 24 Oxford St, Blacktown NSW
This building was severely dilapidated and carried extensive defects that affected over 75% of the building. More than 40 bathrooms were refurbished and full elevation façade coatings repairs were carried out, all whilst working in a live environment. Curtain windows were replaced, and the roof top terrace was demolished in entirety, and reconstructed allowing for full membrane replacement, using over 2000sqm of torch on membrane. The roof top terrace was once a baron and un-used area riddled with vandalism, which now forms a fully functional roof top terrace, which the Executive Committee are endlessly thankful for. Full time CCTV and safety controls were installed.
